Client came to us requesting a media plan to guide conversions & prospecting, since their brand is not very recognized today. Audience used for prospecting was a combination of look-alike based on site abandoners & various google display & Facebook audiences (family vacationers, luxury vacations, ski resorts, snowbound travelers) to target people that are similar to their clients. We ran upper funnel campaigns via TripAdvisor destination pages, Facebook, Google Display Network, Adara & RhythmOne and lower funnel campaigns (paid search) through Google & Bing – We also ran remarketing campaigns through Facebook & Google. Overall results were strong. On the lower funnel side remarketing results showcased a 7:1 ROAS in remarketing & a 5.3:1 ROAS on paid search. On the upper funnel side, we saw overall website growth of 27% and new awareness was up 27%. The campaigns ultimately helped generated a 48% revenue uplift from direct bookings and a 55% increase in bookings through 2018.
