The brand manifesto the resort embraces is perfectly stated through tagline - ‘Collecting Memories Since 1950.’
After 18 months of pent-up travel demand due to the pandemic, Pink Shell wanted to invite their loyal guests back to the resort to make more memories. Why not get the gang together again? We created a high-funnel email campaign focused on reconnecting with family and loved ones told through Pink Shell’s signature spirited and whimsical brand voice. Strategic messaging highlighted pandemic-safe group experiences for guests of all ages, while also promoting resort health and safety. New website landing pages were developed to supplement the campaign and continue the user journey from email to web, and finally to booking engine for conversion.
The campaign launch and resend emails targeted:
● Previous guests of the resort
● Guests who have opted in to receive email marketing through the website sign-up
● Unbooked leads who have expressed interest through resort call center, however have not booked
The results were staggering for this strategic awareness email: over $2 million dollars in room revenue and 1,290 bookings, making it one of the highest revenue-generating email campaigns for Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina.
